Deadline: I'm a very punctual person in any case, so I expect others to be punctual too when working
with me.

Written vs verbal: I prefer verbal. So, if you want to have a discussion with me or want me to do
something, I suggest you come see me directly

Clear responsibility: I like tasks that are clearly given with deadlines. So if you want me to do something,
please tell me clearly what task I have to do. On the other hand, if you are assigned to do something and
you need my help, please ask me if I am busy or not, otherwise I will definitely help.

Team Values: I will put the team's interests above my own. Even if I have to work more than I should, for
the team I will do whatever I can for as long as I can.

Personal time: Because I'm single, my personal time is probably only for family. If I was with my family I
might be more difficult to contact. But apart from that i will respond quickly whatever you need.

Conflict resolutions: if I have a conflict, I prefer to deal with it by discussion. Openly tell each other what
your concerns are and then look for solutions.

Personal

Introvert/Extrovert: In my new social environment I'm quite introverted. Usually if you just know me it's
difficult to start a conversation but if you try to start a conversation I will definitely welcome you. But if
with people I've known for a long time I'm quite an extrovert.

Social: I like getting to know people personally. If people usually separate between personal and
professional life, for me no. I feel like the best co-workers are colleagues outside of work too.

Helping People: I really like to help people in any way. so if you need my help let me know. I will try my
best to help you.
