Rectification plan:
 resuming and consolidating knowledge from previous years;
 (many) oral and written exercises for the form of demonstrative pronouns;
 worksheets for the correct use of adjectives, nouns, and pronouns;
 appropriate texts to their age level, reading, testing comprehension, and expression;
 use the dictionary to learn new words and vocabulary exercises.

SWOT ANALYSIS
Strengths:
• English is a required discipline at school and in most cultural areas and social contexts
• The students have the chance to be prepared for the intensive learning of English language
classes
• Some students like English and they attend to extracurricular English classes and private
preparations.
• the textbook and the workbook have many various exercises.
• in the classroom, there is a laptop and video projector

Weaknesses
• some students show no interest in learning English
• some students write very slowly, so they understand very hardly
• there is a lack of knowledge from the previous schoolyears
• there is a lack of motivation and attention for those children who are neglected at home

Opportunity:
• give more pieces of homework
• practice more in the classroom some types of exercises
• bring some specific schemes, so the time for learning in the classroom could be used efficiently
• more use of technology
• specific projects adapted to their age and interests
