Subject: Insurance claim for damage in accident

Respected Sir,

I am Ram Sevak Bhagat, the owner of T1023HP2633K Mahindra Supro. I am writing this letter to
request the insurance claim for my vehicle, which was involved in an accident. On the same day I got
my vehicle after fabrication work from the manufacturer and after that I went for mandir and the
incident took place while I was returning from Haripur [Mandir] to Baddi on November 26, 2023, at
approximately 11:00 am, on the main road area.

I want to clarify that the accident was not my fault. While driving my vehicle flipped/overturned and
collided with a mountain as I was trying to avoid a reckless bike driver who suddenly lost balance. As
a result, the front of my vehicle suffered significant damage, including a broken glass. Fortunately,
there was no third-party loss or injuries to anyone. Additionally, the vehicle was empty at the time of
the accident, and I did not sustain any injuries myself.

I promptly informed my insurance company about the incident, and they advised me to file a claim,
which I am doing now. Therefore, I kindly request you to process my insurance claim without delay
