This project may or may not be updated in the future; depends whether I find things
I want to fix to provide a better experience if I happen to have the time.

Sonic Dimensions includes an Xbox 360 Controller Option (You can switch control
methods in the Main Menu). Full Control details are listed below.

<<========RELEVANT CHANGES=========>>

- You'll find most of everything as it was before, but with added improvements and
adjustments to the Controls and Gameplay (listed below), and many small tweaks to
the overall game.

>>GAMEPLAY

- Slightly revised Menu Navigation Control;


- Slight adjustments to the general Controls: Air Tricks are now performed by
pressing (Keyboard) [Z] or (Controller) [X] (to avoid confusion and not stomp at an
unfortunate time ^-^);
- X Ranks are now achieved by reaching the goal as Super Sonic/Super Shadow;
- Lightspeed Dash is now done with (Keyboard) [Z]/[D] or (Controller) [X]/[Y];
- You can use your Air Action after a Homing Attack;
- You can now Trick Jump off of Springs and Launch Pads by pressing the [LBumper]
or [RBumper] on the Controller;
- You can perform a series of Dash Attacks by pressing (Keyboard) [C] or
(Controller) [B] in succession;
- You can now Stomp after performing Trick Jumps;
- You will no longer fall off when clinging onto a wall after a while;
- Improved Jump algorithm for more accurate height precision;
- Board Aerial Movement is smoother and features greater overall speed;
- Shadow is no longer any slower than Sonic on the ground. The main differences
between the two come from their Attacks, Aerial Actions and Visuals;

- More movement options: In addition to being able to Boost, you can now Stomp
after getting launched into the air from running up a wall;
- You can Boost after a Wall Jump and during a Water Slide;
- You can Wall Jump downwards by holding [DOWN] + [JUMP];
- You can perform aerial Trick Jumps after hopping up out of a Pulley and a
Launcher (don't ask why this wasn't the case from the beginning pls);
- More options to Stomp: You don't have to Jump beforehand. Now, you can walk off a
ledge and Stomp immediately;

- Sonic's Forward Trick Jump is more powerful.


- Shadow's Chaos Blast has been remapped to:
Keyboard - [DOWN] + [D]
Controller - [DOWN] + [Y]

- Super Form's Activation has been remapped to:


Keyboard - While Jumping + [D]
Controller - While Jumping + [Y]

- Further improved physics, you will pick up way more speed just from running,
rolling or sliding down slopes;
- When taking damage, if you have 100 or more Rings, you will only lose a fraction;
as opposed to all of them. Prolly still won't save your S Rank but oh well;
- Aqua (Bubble) Shield can bounce on the water's surface as well as bounce
unlimitedly underwater;
- Flame Shield has a faster dash;
- Thunder Shield has more aerial options;
- Super Forms are easier to control;

>>LEVELS

- Revisions have been made to already existing Action Stages;


- Access to Act 2 Action Stages has been disabled (Full Access will come in time);

>>NEW SKILLS

- Quick Recovery - When taking damage, press (Keyboard) [X] / (Controller) [A] to
recover from knockback;
- Checkpoint Bonus - Awards bonus items when passing a Checkpoint with a
certain amount of rings;
- Spin Rush - Expands on the Spin Dash's functions, like being able to
activate it from the air and while moving by pressing [Down] + [Jump];
- Rising Dash - A vertical Spin Dash to reach greater heights than a
normal Jump;
- Bound Attack - Overrides the Stomp with a Bound Attack that bounces the
user upon landing;
- Ledge Climb - Move in the direction of the ledge and the user will
automatically climb it when not rising;

NOTE: On account of changing certain Skills, if your Skill Points seem skewed or
don't add up after transfering your Save File, press (Keyboard) [Shift] or
(Controller) [Back/Select] to reset and equip the Skills you'd like and everything
will be cool ^ ^

>>VISUALS

- Quick Window Resolution Options (Press 1, 2, 3 or 4 on the keyboard to multiply


the windowed resolution). You can also press [Esc] to go fullscreen;
- Autosave animation to let you know when the game's been saved;
- Both Characters have been given some more custom, cooler animations;
- New Title Card Graphics;
- Sonic and Shadow have their own Homing Reticles;
- Backgrounds and objects for some stages have been updated with newer and better-
looking sprites;
- Slightly redesigned/reworked Menus and increased selection speeds to improve
overall interface experience;
- General polishing and added/improved Visual Effects;

>>AUDIO

- Expanded upon Shadow's voice clips;


- Different terrains use distinct stepping sounds;
- Better quality on existing sounds;

>>MISC

- If ur bad and get a D-Rank, the funny thing happens;


- Some Red Ring Locations have been altered to accomodate for the new level
layouts;
- More performance improvements and stuff;
- Added Sounds and Special Effects to a variety of animations and objects;
- Stabilized mechanics to clear out more minor glitches and jank;
- Save files should still transfer over just fine by copying and pasting it inside
the game's folder. Although I do recommend starting fresh;
- Adding onto that, you can now have multiple Save Files, even easily copy and
delete them within the game.
