 He is owner.
 He parked on the side of the road and went into the pub.
2. His witness is his girlfriend.
3. Drunkenness
 He was at the pub, and he was drinking beer.
 He was walking back to his car intending to drive after drinking the beers.
4. There were other people around.
Questions for Rishi Khan (May not be in this order)
Establishing that he is the owner of the car and it was parked alongside the Eastern
Main Road as PC Bramble said (important cause this was what raised caught PC
Bramble’s attention)
1. You are the owner of a Blue 3 Series BMW motor car, correct?
2. And on October 9 2018, you parked your BMW car and went into a pub, correct?
3. That pub is along the Eastern Main Road, correct?
4. And you parked your car, along the same Eastern Main Road, correct?

Drunkenness
Theory here: Young stressed out UWI student, taking a break, got drunk and misbehaved.
1. You are 21 years old, correct?
2. And 20 year old Candy Maraj is your girlfriend, correct?
3. And both of you are students at UWI, correct?
4. And you went to the pub along with her on October 9 2018 to take a break from the
stresses of UWI, correct?
5. Yeah, I know how stressful UWI can be. You just take off your badge and go and take
a drink, right?
6. The two of you were together in the pub drinking, correct?
7. You were drinking more than her, yes?

 9. You left the pub and was walking back to your car intending to drive back to your
apartment, correct?
10. When you left the pub and was walking back to the car, you had a beer in your hand
was still taking sips from it, correct?
(He Will say no, respond with: “I am putting it to you that you were”.)
11. You were taking sips from the beer bottle and swaying and staggering whilst walking
to the car, weren’t you? (He would say no, and you respond “I put it to you that you
were”).
12. You were singing loudly rum till I die.
Encounter with PC Bramble
1. PC Bramble approached you as you were walking to your car, correct?
2. And testified said that you did not see any other witness to the incident that day
except Candy correct?
3. And you have also said that PC Bramble said to you that “all yuh UWI Students feel
alyuh own de road”, correct?
4. But how could, PC bramble have known you and your girlfriend were UWI students?
Before he even answer say, “I put it to you that you are lying. Officer Bramble
couldn’t have know that you were UWI Students I put it to you that you made that
up”.
5. In fact, you were the one who told PC Bramble that he and his padna should haul their
ass and they look like child molesters, right?
He is likely to answer no.
6. So you didn’t say anything like that to the officer? Nor his friend Lance?
(He says no)
7. But you just said that your girlfriend Candy was only witness there that day, but now
you have confirmed that Lance was there but you didn’t say anything to him.
I am putting it to you that you are lying once again. PC Bramble and his friend
was there, you were drunk, and you told them to haul their ass and they look like
child molesters who want to molest little boys. And PC bramble arrested you,
told you that he was arresting you for using insulting language and told you of
your rights, isn’t that true?

Arrest
1. He stopped a car, put you inside and took you to the station, correct?
 2. And he put you to sit on the bench?
3. And you testified that you were wearing a Ralph Lauren shirt?
4. And you still have that shirt, correct?
5. And you have testified that your girlfriend brought a change of clothes for you?
6. I am putting it to you that she took home the shirt and either you or her after, tore it to
make a false accusation against PC Bramble.
