This is to confirm that I/We have been in possession of the BDO Unibank Inc. property I/We
purchased, located at ________________________________________________________
and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. ________________________ (the
“Property”), since __________________.
I/We hereby warrant that the Property is free from any occupants at the time we took
possession of the Property, or I/we will handle ejectment if with occupants, considering that
the sale is on “as-is” basis. Likewise, it is understood & agreed that any damage that may be
caused to the Property from the time of my/our possession of the same shall be borne by
me/us whether or not such damage is due to force majeure, fortuitous event, or any act of
man. Further, I /We consent to release BDO Unibank Inc. from any and all liability that may
arise in connection with my/our possession of the Property.

I/We am/are also obliged to update/settle the real estate tax of the property with the local
government unit and reimburse/repay the bank for any expenses it advanced, subject to the
agreed terms and conditions of the sale.
