Searching for spalling (crumbling) wall and ceiling parts of the house. Tapping to
identify other compromised damaged areas to a perimeter of a meter of the
crumbling patch.
- These are the areas located on top and side of front gate interior as well as
exterior damages;
- Four (4) big columns supporting the dining area on a wrap-around repair;
- A good part of the office side of the wall;
- The edges of the room Ador occupies;
- Around twenty (20) percent of the ceiling runs down from the entrance to
the exit;
- Areas around the exit entrance approximately thirty (30) percent of the
area;

- Renovation of rear garden gate by widening the width replacing damaged
columns and rebuilding new tile roofing
 Repair of termite-damaged flooring in the family room and detection of
termite-infested parts of the floor particularly floor joists. Open the
damaged ceiling below the family room for the termite control inspector
to decide on how to conduct detection and elimination.
 Replace damaged areas of flooring, ceiling, and joists to assure
preservation of the house area.
 Repair of the metal front gate along with extension and elevation of
concrete landing to function as dike protection against flood water
coming from the street
 Repair window railing on Masters bedroom along with patching up of
roof drip sources
 Kitchen gutter problem clean up and repair after it has been clogged by
leaves, etc., and then cover it up with netting to avoid recurrence of the
matter.
