Q: I haven't received the OTP. What should I do?

A: If you haven't received the OTP within a few minutes, ensure that your mobile number is
correct. Check for any typos and verify that you have a stable network connection. If the issue
persists, click on the option to resend the OTP or contact FlexShaala’s support team for
assistance.

Q: What should I do if the OTP (One-Time Password) is incorrect or not working during
the registration process?

A: If you encounter issues with the OTP, please ensure that you have entered the correct OTP
received on your registered mobile number. Double-check for typos and ensure a stable
network connection. If the problem persists, click on the option to resend the OTP.

Q: I have more than 1 kid attending the same school, and the app is not accepting my
phone number. What should I do?

A: Only one number is allowed per student. If you have kids attending the same school, ensure
that you are using a unique mobile number for registration of each child. Contact our support
team to edit/add new number to the other student. We'll assist you in resolving it.

Q: I was able to login but not seeing the school tab

A: This might be because you are using a phone number which is not matching the number
provided by the school administration. Contact our support team to Verify the number or
edit/add new number if required. We'll assist you in resolving it.
Q: The app is not displaying my child's information correctly.

A: Verify that you have logged in with the correct credentials associated with your child's
account. If the information is still incorrect, there might be a synchronization issue. Refresh the
app or log out and log back in to ensure the latest data is fetched. If the problem persists,
contact our support team for further assistance.
