Madam:

I would like to request permission to conduct a School-Based Learning Action Cell entitled, “School-
Based Learning Action Cell on the Revisting Computation of Grades Pandemic Vs. Post Pandemic)” on
March 03, 2023 at 4:00 – 5:00 pm to be held at Baracbac National High School, Baracbac
Umingan,Pangasinan.

Participants in this training are faculty and staff of Baracbac National High School with an expected
number of 20 attendees via face- to-face mode of delivery. The amount of expenses is P1,240.00 charged
to MOOE fund.

The objectives of this training/activity are:

1. to differentiate the two deped orders use during pandemic and post pandemic;
2. to help the teachers evaluate the performance of the students in their respective subjects;
3. to create task performances that are aligned with grading system.

In view of the Covid-19 situation, we will observe the guidelines pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No.
052, s. 2020 consistent with the policies set forth by the Inter-Agency Task force for the Management
Emerging Infectious Diseases (AITF) and the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
