AFFIDAVIT

I, Matilde C. Espinosa, Filipino, of legal age, married and resident of New Visayas,
Panabo, Davao Del Norte, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do
hereby deposes and states that:

1. I am the same Matilde C. Espinosa who is the lawful owner of a certain parcel of
land known and identified as Lot 8, Psd-11-024673 located in Brgy. New Visayas, City
of Panabo, Province of Davao Del Norte, containing a total area of ONE THOUSAND
SIX HUNDRED TWENTY THREE (1,623) SQUARE METERS, more or less,covered
by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-76683 ;

2. I caused the subdivision of said property into several sub-lots now known and
identified as Sub-lot Nos. 8-A, containing an area of 129 square meters more or less, 8-B,
containing an area of 129 square meters more or less, 8-C, containing an area of 258
square meters more or less, 8-D, containing an area of 258 square meters more or less, 8-
E, containing an area of 129 square meters more or less,
8-F, containing an area of 129 square meters more or less, 8-G, containing an area
of 258 square meters more or less, 8-H, containing an area of 258 square meters
more or less, and Lot 8-I (ALLEY), containing an area of 78 square meters more
or less;

3. The aforementioned subdivision of real property into several sub-lots does not in
any way involved a subdivision project of whatsoever nature of kind; and this lot is not
intended for commercial use;

4. I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of all the foregoing and
for whatever legal purposes this may serve under the premises.
