Lift Start with Maintenance speed

First Remove the Safety Short

Also do the Lubrication in Car & Cwt guide rail

After remove the safety short to do set the Limit switch Clearance

Shoe ply Adjust in Car Top & Bottom

Also check the Car Safety Cam

Door Alignment :
Track & sill cleaning, Gate Lock element adjust, Latch adjust, Center & Anti log bearing adjust, Door
gap, Door Slipper,
( 2 Hours for each door alignment)

Reed Switch Fixing & Vane Alignment

Car Top wiring : Car top board - Reed switch, Door VVVF & Door Motor, COP - Display & Button,
Emergency Battery Operation, Car False ceiling Light Fixing & Fan Fixing
