Please note the format for applying for new membership for Bangalore Sahodaya Schools Complex
(BSSC).
Steps To Become A New Member Of BSSC:
 Log on to our website: www.bangaloresahodaya.org
 Click on the link: Click here to apply renew BSSC Membership (below the image)
 Please fill in all the details asked for and this information is very necessary to validate a new member.
 After verification of information by a representative of BSSC, SMS from BSSC with the login id and
password to log on to our new portal – www.bangaloresahodaya.org will be sent to the registered
mobile numbers.
 Key in your login id (school CBSE affiliation number) and password (school CBSE affiliation
number) on the new portal.
 Select the fee payment under Payments to be made and click on Make payment.
 Screen with the total amount will be displayed. Click on Pay Now. Select the mode of payment –
Online payment or Credit Card or Debit Card.
o 1.95% for Credit cards
o 0.75% Below 2000 above 2000 1% for Debit Cards
o 20 RS for NetBanking
o 2% for wallets supported by Razorpay(PayUmoney, Mobikwik, PayZapp, Freecharge, etc)
o 2.7%% for AMEX/International
o Service Tax applicable as per GOI.
 Once the payment is received, receipt will be generated for the same.

Schools may kindly note that the following:

 Schools have to compulsorily use the interface portal (www.bangaloresahodaya.org.) to register to

become a new member.
 Membership will not be accepted offline.
 New schools may kindly note, that no RTGS payment will be accepted by BSSC and only net banking
and payment via debit card and credit card will be accepted.
 BSSC has not entertained any school to renew their membership by demand drafts, cheques or cash
from the last academic year and the decision regarding this stands good for this academic year.
 The membership fee for new schools for this academic year are Rs. 8000 for this academic year
(Rs.5000 for one-time registration fee and Rs 3000 for the annual membership fee for 2023-24)
 In case a school failed to renew their membership, last year may kindly note that they cease to be a
BSSC member and have to apply for new membership and thus the fee for discontinued members is
Rs. 8000 per this year.
 After becoming a member, BSSC schools have to pay only the annual membership fee which will
be intimated to all the schools in the month of June of that academic year.
 Kindly note that if the membership fee is not paid, the school will not be allowed to participate in any
professional development programs organized by BSSC.

Other features that will be used by BSSC from the new portal :

 Circulars from BSSC will not be sent to individual email id provided. Thus, each school will have to
log in to www.bangaloresahodaya.org to view all the circulars sent by BSSC.
 Event calendar of BSSC will also be uploaded on this portal and all member schools can view the
same.
 The question papers of Pre- board examination of Class X and XII will be uploaded on the same
portal on a said date and member schools can download the same and make required copies for their
own respective schools.
 SMS will be sent to BSSC schools on important issues and it is the responsibility of respective BSSC
schools to disseminate the information to their own teachers and students.
 Registration of schools for various workshops will be done with this portal and the payment for the
same will also be done using this portal. No cash will be accepted for workshops by host schools.
 Please note that henceforth no emails will be sent to member schools from
bangaloresahodaya@gmail.com
