Mechanics:

1. Group activity with 4 members.

2. The group will prepare a meal plan for different age group according to the given diet
prescription. (Choose between Pregnancy or Lactating mother’s diet)

3. Each member of the group will present the sample menu and meal of the age group that is
assigned to them.

4. Budget range for each sample menu is P250-300
