1 Unsafe storage of Styrofoam boxes near the electrical ceiling light and
the light radiating heat poses a fire risk.
The team was advised to remove the carton
box and maintain a safe distance from the
ceiling. also instructed Sameer to monitor this
practice and avoid any unsafe behaviours.

2 Smoke emanates from the strapping machine after the strapping I would advise the in-house tech team to
process is completed. conduct a thorough inspection and proper
cleaning of the machine. There should be a
likelihood of strip-drity stock in the machine
that comes to smoke after the heating strapping
Heating element in the process is done.

3 Workers are handling cold broccoli without gloves, and similarly, some Glove should be provided
staff are handling fruits without gloves.
