What to Expect

Today, we'd like to introduce Haemakki

Ganjanggejang, located near Haeundae
Station in Busan. The name Haemakki is
derived from three words: Haeundae, Masan
Gaenakjjim, and Kki (the Gyeongsang dialect
for crab).

Haemakki Ganjanggejang went through

store relocation and had a grand reopening
in 2021, resulting in a clean and pleasant
environment for customers.

After going through the winter, Haemakki

Ganjanggejang uses top-quality live spring
blue crabs harvested from the high-priced
West Sea, known for their plump and
succulent meat with a delightful aroma of
red roe. The crabs are rapidly frozen and
marinated to create Haemakki's unique
Ganjanggejang.

Especially noteworthy is that Haemakki

Ganjanggejang has successfully eliminated
the peculiar smell and any sense of
strangeness commonly associated with blue
crabs, making it enjoyable for people of all
ages.

Haemakki has gained a reputation for being
