pull out wide to isolate Yourself with the full back In a 1v1 situation

Be positive on the dribble inside

The overlapping run will Give you the space to either Pass outside or dribble Inside at pace.

Can you get a strike on goal?

If you come inside, come in at top speed, Are you close enough to Shoot?

Can the forward make a blindside run?

Be aware of the forwards run behind the defence

Does this open space for the 10?

If the forwards run is Tracked, this will open up Space for the number 10

If the 9 pulls away, Does this open space for the 10?

If the forward pulls away This also opens up space For the 10 to play a one-two or to run beyond

Or does this create space for an in-swinging cross?

If the defender goes with The 10, The 9 is now free On the far post

If the runs are blocked, use the 6 & 8

If the runs are blocked by defending Midfielders, then keep the ball by using the 6 & 8. The player receiving the pass will be coming onto the play and maybe in a good position to shoot at goal or change the play.

Its impossible to cover both wings and the central areas

If the runs are blocked and there is no opportunity to shoot. Then the Opponents have defended the central zone very well, however the opposite wing should be open!
