A succulent flower!

Did you ever noticed how mothers are the centre of the universe for their
children? As the planets circulates the sun, children seem to circulate
their mother for a long time. The only person we need since birth to
death is no one but our mother. Even for a fraction of a second in our
whole life, our love, emotions and gratitude never change for her, as if
we’re born to praise her and are made to circumambulate her like some
holy spirit. We are connected to our mothers wirelessly, we follow her,
effortlessly, everywhere she goes. She never gets annoyed from us. She
carries an aura of love around her. Even if, out of anger, she says “go
away”, still the child goes forward and embrace her passionately, like a
bee is attracted to a honeycomb. She’s like a succulent flower that
attracts a bird towards it’s sweet nectar.
No matter when or where we come back from, the first thing we inquire
about is “Where’s mother?” The first person we want to see or talk to is
our mother... that’s a connection we can’t explain.
When she’s not around we feel immense restlessness and anxiousness,
like there’s a part of us missing somewhere around. This is what mothers
are...There’s no one except a mother who can raise children with love
and care without uttering a single syllable of ingratitude. Even when
mothers are ungrateful for a second or so they readily repent their
ungrateful thoughts about their children. Mothers are mothers, no one
on the surface of the earth can replace them. They say there are always
two sides of a picture but talking about mothers there’s only one side to
them, there’s only one thing mothers can shower us with that is “love”.
Yours sincerely, Eisha Zainab.
