– Designed and maintained a versatile, web-based cross-platform dashboard using React.js and Redux. This dash-
board served as a single point of access for addressing various customer queries, resulting in a 40% reduction in
initial response time calls, from 3.5 to 2 calls per customer.
– Employed an iframe-based WebView approach to seamlessly integrate this dashboard into native applications
and websites. This allowed for efficient communication between the web-based dashboard and the host platform,
enabling the rendering of platform-specific user interfaces and call-to-action elements.
– Implemented end-to-end unit testing using JEST to maintain code quality, achieving a test coverage of over 90%.
– Created a comprehensive frontend UI library using Rollup and Storybook, to streamline the design and development
process across various projects and teams. This library not only improved consistency but also provided clear
documentation and efficient testing capabilities.
