Consumer facing chatbot is a multi-channelled virtual assistant that provide self-service & automated
capabilities to the consumers/Agents for their insurance related needs.
• Building new intents using AWS LEX & implemented Lambda for fulfilment for desktop &
mobile channels.
• Working with lambda code using NodeJS to design self service capabilities in chatbots
• Real time production transcripts analysis for model retuning & new intent creation.
• Referring SonarQube to refactor code to reduce major code complexities, reduce duplication
and improve test coverage.
• Followed TDD for building chatbot flows
• Learning Splunk & Datadog tool understand & analyze real-time server logs.

• Defined roles that segregate students & mentors. Implemented login & registration feature.
• Query Submission and Display: Create a form or interface for users to submit their queries.
Store the queries in a database (SQL) and retrieve them for display on the website. Implement
pagination or search functionality to make it easy for users to browse through the queries.
• Answering Queries: Develop a feature that allows registered users to provide answers to
posted queries.
