Dear Madam:

Greetings of Peace!

I am writing to request your approval for the implementation of Project ITANIM (Income sa Taniman, Aalalay sa
Nangangailangan para sa Ikagagaling ng mga Mag-aaral (Income-Generating Project) in our school dubbed as "Gamit
Mo, Sagot ng Garden Ko” – Season 1. This project aims to cultivate a fruit-bearing garden within the school premises
that will provide a sustainable source of fresh produce for our school community and to provide school supplies for the
needy pupils.

Moreover, the “Project ITANIM” will generate revenue through the sale of the produce to the local community. The
income gained will be utilized to support the needs of the school, such as any implementing improvement projects
particularly purchasing additional school supplies for less fortunate children of our school.

I believe that this project is a significant opportunity for our school to promote healthy living and provide an alternative
source of income for the school and its significant projects. Moreover, the activity aligns with the Department of Education's
initiatives on food security and nutrition. As such, our grade 4 pupils will be able to learn in cultivating crops as part of
utilizing the competencies in Edukasyong Pangtahanan at Pangkabuhayan (EPP).

I am humbly requesting your permission to allow the said project and to allocate a specific area within the school premises
for the said garden. Attached are the detailed proposal outlining the project's objectives, scope, and timeline and draft of
Memorandum of Agreement for possible partners from the LGU-Office of the Municipal Agriculturist.

I am confident that this project will be beneficial for the school and its stakeholders, and we appreciate your consideration
of my request.
