Guests are kindly requested to check in at 2 PM on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, we request all guests to vacate their rooms by 10AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an
additional charge.

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property during their stay.

The individual signing this agreement will be held responsible for the entire group's conduct.

The property is solely owned by the company, and no other guests, visitors, or residents are considered tenants or sub-tenants of the property.

Guests are expected to refrain from engaging in activities such as gambling or any actions that violate public order and moral standards while on the
premises.

The property shall not be held responsible for any criminal activities, including but not limited to murder, drug-related offenses, assault, or suicide.

DJ services are not permitted within the premises.

The management reserves the right to amend, modify, or add to the above-mentioned terms and conditions at their discretion.
