serenity of the Scarborough Marsh from our
launch site right here at Bayley’s.
We have three stocked fishing ponds on-site
for those who love to fish, filled with large-
mouth bass and trout. During our summer
season, be sure to enter in our bass fishing
derby!

On-site, we also offer fully equipped trailers

up to 35 feet and Cabins. The Cabins include
full size kitchen appliances, full bathroom, 2
bedrooms, fireplace and screened porch.

hour. Our nights are jam-packed with great harmonies from our camper’s favorite local band, New Coos, Maine
favorite Don Campbell Band, and New England’s funniest hypnotist Steve Wronker. Other favorites include
illusionists, jugglers, Musingo (music-themed BINGO) and DJ dance parties. If you’re looking for your 15 minutes

Reservations and Deposits
Advanced reservations are suggested for summer season & holidays.
Reservations of 1-4 nights must be paid in full, reservations of 5-13
nights is a deposit of $250, reservations of 14 or more nights is a $250
deposit per week reserved; all paid within one week of making the
reservation. Payment in full is required for all specials & discounts
when reserving. Reservations during the summer season, Memorial
Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Columbus Day have a minimum night
requirement. Bayley South sites require a unit of 26’ or larger. A $35 fee
will be assessed for a check returned due to insufficient funds. Payment
in full is required upon arrival, at which time we will accept: VISA,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash & Traveler’s Checks.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL.
Cancellations and R efunds
Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date will
receive a refund minus the following: 1-13 nights is a 1 night site
fee, 14 or more nights a $250 fee. NO REFUNDS will be given on
reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival date. Failure to arrive
on arrival date without notification will forfeit your deposit and site.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
No refunds at any time for any rental units. No refunds
for any reservations shortened on, before or after arrival .

Summer season check-in begins at 2 PM, checkout is by 12 PM FOR CAMPSITES.

25 in order to maintain the family atmosphere in the resort.
• No sink or shower waste (gray water) shall be disposed of on ground
or disposed of in fire pits. IT IS THE LAW !
• Guests are not allowed to wash camping units or any other vehicles
at their site. $50 fine for those who are caught.
• No Generators. • All outdoor games are prohibited after 8 pm.
• Please, keep your site clean and leave it as you found it.
All trash MUST be put in dumpsters located conveniently
throughout the Resort as indicated on the Site Map. Recyclable
beverage containers can be left at labeled receptacles throughout
the Resort, which will contribute to Shriner’s Children’s Hospitals.

 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation for rentals of 5 nights or more. Any rental of 4 nights or less must

be paid in full. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to do so may result in
cancellation and loss of deposit.
No refunds will be given for cancelled reservations on any rentals. All rates subject to change.
Check-in time is 3 pm or after for any rental. For early arrivals, please inquire with the Main Office for availability
before arriving. At time of check-in, a security deposit of $150 will be due for Trailers, $250 for Cabins. You may pay
your deposit by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Cash. Credit card highly recommended over debit
card for security deposit. NO CHECKS are accepted at time of arrival.
Checkout time is by 11 am. Late checkouts will be assessed a one-night fee. The security deposit will be refunded at
checkout after inspection of the rental unit is approved.
Sorry, NO pets are allowed in the rental units unless specified. NO SMOKING in any rental unit at any time.
Please do not flush any baby wipes or feminine hygiene products in Trailers or Cabins.

GOLF CART RENTALS

Bayley’s is pleased to offer a limited number of Golf Cart Rentals to our campers.
Getting around and enjoying the resort has never been easier. These gas powered
carts feature front and rear seats, headlights and a roof.
Carts must be operated by adults age 21 and over who show proof of a valid driver’s
license. Reservations in advanced are encouraged & full payment is required at time of reservation.
A security deposit of $200 is required when picking up Golf Cart.
Please inquire at the Main Office or website for more information.

Hospital
For the past ten seasons, we have
partnered with Clynk’s Community
Cash Program to benefit the
Shriner’s Children’s Hospital. When

cans and bottles. Once it’s full or
you’re checking out, drop off the
bag(s) at the designated location

If you are arriving on any Friday, Saturday or Sunday from June 23 to
September 1, you will qualify for Priority Check-In. Simply call our office and
we will verify that you have your reservation paid in full, correct license plate
numbers and amount of people. Must be completed at least 48 hours prior
to your arrival to allow us time to email you the Priority Check-In voucher.
Arrive between the hours of 2 pm and 8 pm with your voucher displayed to
the gate attendant on your phone or printed and drive directly to your site!
INCLUDING FRIDAYS OF HARVEST & COLUMBUS DAY WEEKENDS!
Priority Check-In only offered for FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY arrivals.
Rental Trailers and Cabins do NOT have the option of Priority Check-In.
