    INSTRUCTIONS

    Add 1 Table spoon seeds to a


    large jar

    Cover with quality water

    Cover Jar with cloth and secure


    with elastic band

    Rise and replace water every


    day for 3-5 until they start to
    open

    Rise then lay jar on side in


    window sill for a few days until
    they sprout
