Due to national security requirements all prospective MASS employees are asked to provide additional nationality
information regarding themselves and their family members. E.g., if you have adoptive / foster or step relatives please
append those details to the ‘additional relationship’ area below, identified accordingly. Names of the afore mentioned
family members are not required at this stage of the process.
This personal identifiable information will only be retained by the MASS Company Security Vetting Officer in a secure
facility until such times as it is no longer deemed necessary / 12 months after an employee has left the Company
(whichever is soonest), then it will be deleted.
