My name is Irfan Haider, I was born on May 8th, 2001 in Islamabad, Pakistan and my passport
number is FV6979561. I consider myself as someone who is self-worthy and dedicated towards
his goals and I believe when you put all of your capacities towards a certain ambition while
keeping a positive mindset you can always achieve it.

Gap Explanation:
After completing my degree, I did not want to rush things and decided to take a few months’ gap
to analyze the job market situation, where I not only learned about research and analysis of
campaigns and events but also learned the importance of customer support and also how
customers want the product to be presented to them.Throughout my career, I always aimed to
attain a master's degree from abroad; therefore, I started to carry out intensive research on which
country would suit me to continue my journey in carrying out my aspirations for a Postgraduate
program and among all my options the United Kingdom stood out ideal for me.

Why this course?

I have my Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering which has equipped me with
communication skills, critical thinking, and content creation, and pursuing a master’s degree in
Cyber Security will further enhance my communication skills which will help me to attain a
diverse skill set. It will also give me a competitive edge over the candidates whenever it comes to
contributing to an organization’s business as well as communication aspects.

Course outcomes:
This course is a mixture of both theoretical as well as practical knowledge which will help me to
apply those skill sets in real-world organizational roles. My modules are as follows:

Career Plan:
I will return to join as a Cyber Security field because it fits perfectly with not only my previous
qualification but also the master's program as the role of a IT Manager is to manage the IT of
different campaigns and my degree in Software Engineering will help me cater the marketing
aspects of the campaign whereas the Digital media degree will equip me with the skills of design
and understanding the preference of the audience of my organization. The salary of a marketing
manager in Pakistan is quite good and having a master’s degree from United Kingdom will
surely give me an edge over the local degree holders.
