Worked as a HUB Engineer with Nelco ltd through Monalisa Edc Pvt ltd.
from November 2011 to 11th July 2013. I was deputed to Incois(Indian
National Center for Ocean Information Services) at Hyderabad.
Project:”Wattswater(US)”
Taken complete ownership for VOIP operation of wattswater project. As it was
new Infra project to trianz.
Worked as a single resource for VOIP operations almost 7 months and handle all
levels of tickets and outages individually.
Later Trianz hired the new resources and I have given the KT and train them to
reach the customer expectation.
Build auto-attendant tree in unity connection by creating a call handler and
routing individual based on their skills.
Worked on Service now ticketing tool. Updated all work logs and closed notes
under the service now tool.
Configured and implemented Contact Center Infrastructure and call flows based
on business needs during the curved 19 outbreak.
Created application and design the scripts as per the customer requirement.
Provided the change Plan after approval from stakeholders raised the change
ticket and implemented the auto attendant script and tested at non-business
hours.
Created resources and assign the appropriate skills as per customer need.
Map the resources to the respective CSQ.
Worked on Cisco finesse, Cisco agent desktop. Cisco supervisor desktop.
Configured and implemented Cisco IP communicator and jabber for all users
using BAT to provide calling capabilities for work home users during Covid19.
Designed and implemented new sites by creating new device pool, region,
partition, CSS and Route patterns pointed to the respective Voice gateways.
Designed and configured dial pan for MGCP and H323 gateways
Configured SRST on MGCP voice-Gateway(4331) to provide backup when wan
link fails.
Created dial-peers and translation pattern for on Voice gateways to manipulate
the call routing.
Worked closely on SIP protocol by understanding the SIP messages such as
INVITE, REGISTER, 200OK, 100 TRYING, CANCEL ACK and BYE
Collected SDL logs and analysed on Notepad++ and Translatorx for any issues
of IP-phones and VC endpoints.
Installed and configure call manager version 12 and integrated with unity
connection for Diyar Hyderabad branch.
Configured the new dial plan and Created inter-cluster trunk with middle east
countries such Kuwait, Dubai and Saudi-arabia.
Designed and implemented new sites by creating new device pool, region,
partition, CSS and Route patterns pointed to the respective Voice gateways for
MOI
Configured voice gateways such as MGCP, H323 and SIP.
Configured Voice Interfaces like FXS, FXO, ISDN T1/E1 PRI, T1/E1 CAS.
Collected Troubleshooting logs, events logs, Protocol logs pcap logs tried to
anlayze on Notepad++ and wireshark
On outages forwarded logs to Cisco TAC and Worked closely with Cisco
experts to resolve the issue on timely manner.
Taken backup for all voice and video servers.
Participate in key projects of client to provide recommendations and guidance
for system migrations.
Worked closely with Project managers throughout the implementation process.
Configured and integrated unity connection and Contact Center Express with
Call Manager.
Installed and configured video devices such as dx80, Cisco room kit.

Summary: worked as Hub Engineer and acted as a Mediator between Customer and
Nelco Team, Reporting to customer and my senior manager of Nelco pvt ltd, I was
handling voip phones of Incois which are located at different geographical location of
India and Its connected over satellite network over Vsat. Maintaining complete
project tracker on day to day basis, Created the account for both Vsat and IP phones
registered on the server.
Participated in installation of Gillat system at Hyderabad NOC Incois
Configured and installed IP Phones and connected to Vsat modem over
satellite Network.
Assisted all remote engineers to install and connect IP phones at remote
location to Vsat system.
Worked on SNOM SIP PBX server.
Used PRTG tool to monitor Bandwidth utilization.
Monitor and troubleshoot the traffic using Packet Capture tool Wireshark
