Meeting Procedures  Mrs. Donabel V. Carios provided subject teacher’s contact information
should the parents have questions regarding student’s grade and
performance.
 Reiterated proper haircut, uniform and school ID of students.
 Advised students and parents to strictly follow health protocols.
 Reported the amount collected and spent as of date about PTA Project.
 Discussed CLEARLY financial matters and highly encouraged their
involvement.
 Kumustahan with the parents. Inform them regarding student’s behavior
and performance.
 Recognition of student/s who excelled this quarter.
 Card showing.
 Talked to parents (who attended the meeting) of at-risk and
misbehaving students.

Raised concern about students’ tardiness and absences. Reminded
parents to be involved by checking if their kids are doing their
homework. Encouraged parents/guardian to attend school events and
parent-teacher conferences, participate in decision-making processes,
or regularly communicate with the teacher.
 Heat Stress
Heat index will be monitored daily and both parents and students will be
notified if there will be a change in the schedule. Advised students to
always bring water, food and fan.
 Voluntary Contribution
Explained the authorized contribution and emphasized that the fees are
voluntary. Encouraged parents the benefits of being a member of these
organizations.

 Cultural Fee and Curriculum Project
Informed the parents about the ongoing Grade Level Project and asked
for financial assistance for the beautification of the area.
Discuss that the cultural fee is being used for the expenses needed in
Streetdancing.
