…that this Hon’ble High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or Direction
more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus:

i. Declaring the action of the respondent No. 4 in allotting the land to an extent
of 167.37 acres situated in MOKILA LAYOUT - THE HUB OF LIFE @ WEST CITY
(HMDA) as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Functions and Powers of Corporation
Telangana Road Development Corporation Act, 1998 rules.
ii. Declaring the action of the Respondent No. 4 in allotting the land to the own
house / Buildings / Apartment basis without Tar Roads from the city and inside
167.37 acres layout as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to
recover the loss caused to the Government Exchequer by calculating the amount on
par with the HMDA exchequer.
iii. and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to cause enquiry with regard to
the negligence taken place in allotting the land to the respondent for very lessor
price due to no Tar Road to the Layout than the market value and take appropriate
action against the persons;
and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and
proper in the interest of Justice.
