In every decision that we make planning is important so we can have a sense of direction
and a purpose in setting our objectives. Without proper and effective management you’re more
likely to end up wasting time in the long run. Project management involves planning to establish
an effective workflow to increase productivity. eence as an accounting student it is necessary to
understand and have a broader knowledge to what is project management as shortly we are about
to enter the accounting world where project costs revenue and invoices are planned monitored
and evaluated to assist in achieving the overall financial goals of an organization. In line with this
being an accounting student project management enlightened us to ensure that the outputs we
need to comply with are completed within a specific time within the spending limits or budget
and with a not-so-mediocre quality of work.
8. “Any goal can be achieved if you break it down into enough small parts.” -Brian Tracy explain this
quotation from Brian Tracy
“Any goal can be achieved if you break it down into enough small parts” by Brian Tracy
this quotation explains that every day is progress and learning and that you can’t just easily achieve
your goal in just one day. Thus jobs must be divided into tasks with proper planning and
management to get things done. This quotation also reminds me of a quote by Karen Casey “One
part at a time one day at a time we can accomplish any goal we set for ourselves.” This means
that our goals can be achieved through a plan. Instead of rushing it allow yourself to grow and
ponder and remember that good things take time. Life is not a race and achieving your goals takes
time to enjoy and acquire knowledge from it because at the end of the day skills abilities and
knowledge are important. And with enough small parts that you did one day you can say YES I
DID IT!
