A highly motivated individual with a passion for thinking Brigham Young University Idaho expected graduation
outside of the box. I aim to be the best at what I do. I 2025
adapt, learn and change quickly in new environments. I Madison High School 2015-2017
am always up for a challenge. I am curious about the
world around me and always love to learn something
new. My designs elevate the consumer experience while
maintaining manufacturability.

Concept
How can we eliminate charging accessories and the
need for an outlet? A flashlight that would outlive it’s
owner and be useful in any situation was the goal.
Combining extreme durability and renewable power
paved the way for a unique alternative
Real components gave the best gauge
for limitations, scale and
manufacturability.

Modeling and 3d printing proved to
be a quick way to try multiple
different iterations.
Development

The development process was filled with


scaled prints, ergonomic testing and rapid
prototyping.
Coming back full circle to the original design
considerations helped to eliminate alternate
form options
Impact and UV resistant polycarbonate

Waterproof LED module

Co-molded TPE/PC frame with integrated


gasket

Monocrystalline PV cells for efficiency

Supercapacitor for superior cycle life

Microcontroller for BT control

N52 Neodymium magnets

Fiber filled nylon for impact resistance

A fully livable house that
can be pulled by any car

Concept
Small, lightweight, towable by the average car,
this trailer should be fully equip with amenities
and comforts for the average American.

Concept
The ask was a portable power station without
lithium batteries that will fail after 5 years or cold
exposure

Super capacitors and high efficiency


monocrystalline panels proved to be the
backbone of the project

The customer needed to be able to assemble this


unit with off the shelf components

minimalist compositions signify
commitment to simplicity and

This planter needed to exist in harmony with a


nature inspired environment.

world and live in harmony with the plants placed
