3D GRAPHY is a platform promoting 3D technologies which consist of 3D printing, 3D

Scanning, 3D Imaging, 3D Software, 3D Simulation and 3D Visualisation (AR, VR,
MR). The platform is into Training, events, Research, consultancy and Service for
Students and Professional across Engineering, Ind ustrial manufacturing, Dental and
Medical specialisations. 3D GRAPHY ENGINEERING & MEDICAL 2023 is an event
with Conference, Exhibition and Poster Presentation Awards jointly Organised by IIT
Bombay, Trinity Media & 3D GRAPHY to be held on 9th & 10th December @ IIT
Bombay, VMCC, B Nag Auditorium, Powai, Mumbai. The 9 t h December event will be
joined by Mechanical Engineers, Metallurgists, researchers, 3d technology
companies, 3D Designers and end users from Aerospace, Defence, Drones,
Shipbuilding, Automotive, Energy, packaging, FMCG and Industrial manufacturing.
The 10 th December event will be dedicated for Dentists, Maxillofacial Surgeons,
Orthopaedic Surgeon, Neurosurgeons, Cardio surgeons, material scientist,
researchers, biomedical engineers, Tissue Engineers, 3D technology companies,
pharma companies and medical practitioners across specialisation.

SUMMARY
3D GRAPHY ENGINEERING & MEDICAL 2023 - is the 3rd edition of our flagship annual event to be held on
9th & 10th of December 2023 at IIT Bombay, VMCC B Nag Auditorium, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The
event is jointly organised by IIT Bombay & 3D Graphy.
The main theme of the event is “ Democratising 3D Technology with education & research to benefit all ”.
The event will include conference, exhibition, poster presentation awards recognising the initiators across industries
and 3d technology. 3D Technologies will be the key focus of the event with topics on 3D Printing, 3D Scanning, 3D
Simulation, 3D Design (Design for Additive Manufacturing), 3D Visualisation – AR, VR, MR & Material science.
We are expected to have 50 plus speakers, 40 plus exhibitors and 1500 plus visitors from all the sectors and
specialization attend the event. The speakers will include researchers’, scientists, doctors, 3d designers, material
experts, 3d technology experts and users from different industries.
Activities held on 9th & 10th December 2023 :
1. 3D GEM 2023 - Poster Presentation is an initiative to invite aspirants from Engineering, Medical, Design,
Tissue Engineering and Material Science institutes to participate in Poster Presentations by sharing their abstract
about their latest efforts in R & D achieved with 3D technologies – 3D Printing, 3D Scanning, 3D Design, 3D
Simulation, 3D Visualisation – AR & VR and 3D printable materials. The participation is extended to all IIT’s,
NIT’s, Engineering College, Medical College, Dental Colleges and also Companies and Organisations. The
participants will be acknowledged with the Poster Presentation Awards once selected by a learned team of 3D
technology experts who is a part of our Jury Panel. The poster presentation participation is open for Students and
Non- Students. Non – Students will be either individual / Organisation ( Consultants, 3D tech Freelancers,
Scientist, Researcher, Entrepreneurs, Manufacturer, Start-ups, 3D technology expert, 3D printing cos, 3D Printing
Service Provider, Doctors, Surgeons, Engineers, Designers, Maker, 3D Enthusiast or any professional in his or her
respective field is would like to grow in 3D technology)
The platform will help participants from Institutes and industry to gain insights on the latest developments and
research in 3D technologies achieved across sectors in India to Globally compete. For participation in the poster
presentation the abstract need to be submitted by filling the Poster Presentation form. More details can be found in

2. 3D GEM 2023 – Conference – An event which will include 18 sessions on different subjects conducted for
2 days. 3D Technologies will be the key focus of the event with topics on 3D Printing, 3D Scanning, 3D
Software, 3D Simulation, 3D Design (Design for Additive Manufacturing), 3D Visualisation – AR, VR, MR
& Material science (3d Printable Metal, Polymer, resin, bio-inks, ceramics and others ) used in Engineering,
Industrials manufacturing, dental and medical. We are expected to have 3d technology experts and end users
join for knowledge & networking translating to business. The main them of the event is “ Democratising 3D
Technology with education & research to benefit all ”.
The conference will have Scientific Sessions on topics related to Engineering & Industrial Manufacturing on
the first day .i.e. 9th December with the title 3D GRAPHY ENGINEERING 2023 : “ Democratising 3D
technology to benefit engineering and Industrial Manufacturing across sectors” – a day dedicated to
sectors like Aerospace, Defence, Drones, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Energy, Railways, Shipbuilding,
Architecture, Construction, Engineering, tooling, Packaging and others. Similarly on the following day .i.e.
10th December the title of the event is 3D GRAPHY MEDICAL 2023 - “ Democratising 3D technology to
benefit Dental & Medical practitioners for better patient outcomes” which will address specialisation is
Dental, Neuro, Orthopaedic, Cardiology, Medical Devices, Orthotics, Prosthetics, Pharma, Tissue
Engineering and others.
The event has registered 55 plus speakers and expecting 1000 plus delegates join the conference with

3D GRAPHY is a platform for 3D Printing Training, Events , Research & Service for Students, Professionals in Engineering, Industrial

It gives me immense pleasure to share the potential of 3d printing which is a Game Changing technology.
3D Printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a cutting-edge technology that has revolutionized engineering and medical fields.
It involves the creation of three-dimensional objects by depositing materials layer by layer based on a digital model. In engineering, it
enables rapid prototyping, customised parts production, and complex geometries. In medicine, it offers personalized Dental Implants,
Orthopaedic Implants, Medical Devices, prosthetics, anatomical models, and drug delivery systems. 3D Printing in engineering and
medical applications has opened up new possibilities for innovation, efficiency, and patient-specific solutions.
So to address both engineering and medical sectors we would like to conduct our 3rd edition of 3D Graphy Engineering & Medical 2023
with all the sectors benefiting from 3D technology. An event which will consist of conference, exhibition, poster presentation from students

TERMS & CONDITIONS AND DELIVERABLES :

1. Company booking the stall will get Facia Name, 2 spot lights, 2 chairs, carpet, 1 table, 1 Plug point and 1 Dust bin.
2. Any additional items if required will need to be paid for an extra price. ( Details with the price is listed above)
3. Items if required will need to be told in advance while booking the stall to ensure it is adequately available.
4. Stall set up will be done in the morning on the event date 9th December 2023. So the team members from the registered stall will
need to join on 9th December morning to complete the vinyl and interior work of their respective stall between 7:00 am to 8:00
am before event which will start live at 8:30 am in morning on 9th December 2023.
5. For booking the stall the booth need to be confirmed after deciding the size and stall number taking a reference from the
exhibition layout shared on page 3 and 4. Once the choice is made an email to be sent to confirm on info@3dgraphy.in
