4. Operation of equipment

a) Preparation

 Unwrapping perfectly the equipment, extracts all the accessories and free
pieces of the packing of polystyrene foams
 Place And properly assemble the equipment as indicated in the instructions
 Place the balance in the table proper working, away from vibrations, light of
the Sun, air, wind and unfavourable conditions that alter the perfect work of
the balance
 Environment -Temperature 20 °C +- 5 ° C
 Relative -humidity 50% -75%
 Suitable -Voltage 110V + - 11 V, 50 HZ Erick Joshep

b) b)Operation

 Once placed the scale in the desk (there is recommended a fixed,

completely stable table and designed for balance made of granite, etc.)
 To check that the bubble of leveling is in the middle of the circle or
otherwise to jousts the legs of the balance to achieve the above
 The tactile buttons of the scale, allow you to control efficiently, with its
multiple functions
 Connect the equipment and the display shows "OFF"

 For the balance VE-204 press "ON" and is show in the display of form
descendant 30 minutes, wait the time displayed and after finished the time
can press the button "ON"
 At Turn its balance displayed on the display "0.0000g" means that your
balance was successfully calibrated and can work with the team. Note:
When in the heating process by pressing the "tare" you can open the
equipment without calibrate the balance

"OFF" display indicates shutdown. Adan

Press gently "OFF" (Switched off) and on the display will show "OFF"

The scale in protection way of screen "Screen Protection", later presses "TAR".
Place the container in the plate of the tray with the weight.

Before operating the Balance check that the bubble is positioned in the middle
of the circle, and this is achieved adjusted their legs thereof.

Press the "TAR" tare button, the display will show zeroes. The tare is completed

When removing the container, a negative value is shown on the display.

Press "TAR" tara again and the display will change showing zeroes Tara is ready
Salvador

For the Scale VE-3Q3

Connect and turn "ON", for recommendation one asks to leave her an hour
ignited before using it (in case that the display does not show anything).

 Press the "OFF" button and the display will disappear. If the balance is not
used a certain time, please disconnect the unit from the power supply.
"TAR". Place the container on the pan of the balance and the weight keeps
the following.

 Press "TAR" tare, the display changes and showing zeros on the display. The
tare is ready.

 When you remove the weight, a negative value is shown on the display

12
 Press "TAR" again, the display will mark zeros.

C. Change In Unit Of Measure

If the accuracy of the reading needs to be 0.1mg, check at the end of the
display and it indicates the unit of measure.

 The balance VELAB can be formed to measure several units. Sub-menu of

units is in use for enable or disable a specific unit "UNITSW"

Press the button "ERY" until the display shows the following figure

And every value is explained example; "g" means grams, "ct" means value of
heavy so called Carat, "ozt" ounce troy, "GN" grain , "oz" ounce, "N" Newton,
"Ib" pound, etc. The unit will appear by means of RNG.

D. Adjustment of integration time matilde

4 modes integration time can be selected as shown in Figure.

The integration time is divided as follows. INT-0 fast, INT-1 very short, INT-2
Short, INT-3 long. The selection of the integration time is the same as RNG.

E. Sensitivity settings RSD

Like the adjustment knob of time INT, there are 4 other ways to provide this to
adjust sensitivity.

ASD-0 higher. ASD-1 High, ASD-2 Medium, Low ASD-3. ASD-0 is used in test
equipment should not be used in user.

12
The selection of the sensitivity is the same as RNG.

 Here is a list of how the ASD INT is used as reference only.

 The fastest way to Heavy; INT-1 ASD-3
 Normal, INT-3 ASD-2
 With unfavorable environment. INT-3 ASD-3

F. Calibration of the balance

Normally, your balance should be calibrated after long unused or stored, with a
sudden movement, or a different environment that you work, is when
calibration for accurate measurements of heavy is recommended.

There are 2 types of balance Orlando

A) With Internal Calibration (VE-204)

Remove all objects that are on the weighing platform, press "CAL" is displayed
until the "CAL int" display, then automatically unppshed and the balance will go
to calibration mode automatically. When the display shows "0.0000g" means
that the calibration was successful. The balance will go to normal working
mode.

Note 1: "CAL int" means internal calibration

Note 2: After heating process 30 minutes, the balance in your display shows
nothing but internal calibration will automatically after 10 minutes without
performing any weighing.

B) With External calibration (VE-303)

Note the external weight ready for use

Remove all objects on the weighing platform, press "CAL" until is displayed on
the display "CRL-E", the balance will go the way of external calibration, it is
displayed flashing in the "CAL-200" display . Place the external weight (200 g)
in the center of the plate, then the balance will go to calibration status. After a
few seconds, it will be displayed on the display "200.000g". Remove the
calibration weight and the display indicates "0.000g". Balance Calibrated and
ready for use. Note: It is recommended 2 times this procedure to ensure
perfect calibration of equipment. The calibration sequence as shown below.

g. Output settings PRT Marco /mauricio

PRT and 4 hold modes will be shown on the display PRT-0: The indefinite mode
output setting time. PRT press while the weight shown in the output interface.

Attention: Press the button quickly or possibly the following display mode

PRT-1 Output every 30 seconds

PRT-2: Output every minute
PRT-3 Output house 2 minutes

h. Parts count
The balance has a counting function. The average is: 5. I0, 25 and 50 with a
total of four averages. COU press and hold, the display circulated as follows:

The percentage of value, (5, 10, 25 and 50) objects respectively.

If functions is Required Heavy press when the display shows “COU-00” and
indicate a wait state "_" at least "0.000g" is displayed on the display. If the
percentage of the required value is five press when the display shows COU-5,
and place 5 items on the plate and so on depending 5,10, 25 and 50.
