PROFILE SPEAKER
Hari Ramulu
MBA (Accounting), University of Newcastle

Mr. Hari Ramulu has accumulated wide experience in audit private practices in accounting, auditing and
taxation educational processes in the financial, management, and public sectors, having been in the
profession and industry since October 1976.

He started his career with Messrs F.H.Eiles & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants in London as an Audit
Assistant in October 1976. Subsequently, he continued his career as an Audit Supervisor with Messrs Coopers
& Lybrand (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers), Kuantan in May 1984. In January 1986 he joined Messrs
Senthe & Co (a firm of Chartered Accountants in private practice in Petaling Jaya), as an Audit Manager, till
December 2006. Over the years, he gained knowledge, experience, skills and expertise in accounting,
auditing and taxation services including tax investigation, forensic accounting and company floatation.

He is deemed to be a prolific speaker/presenter with excellent commendations from participants at seminars,


workshops, and conferences. Since 1994, he has several public appearances relating to taxation, costing,
budgeting, financial statements analysis, accounting standards, preparation of financial statements, financial
statements fraud, and forensic accounting.

Professionally, he is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK since 1983,
a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, an Associate member of the Chartered Tax
Institute of Malaysia, a Chartered member of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Malaysia (affiliate of USA),
and an Associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners of USA. His academic excellence is
in the form of a Diploma in Accountancy (Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, England), and a Master of Business
Administration (Accounting) from University of Newcastle, USA.

Payment Terms. Once a completed registration form is received by Comfori, an invoice will be issued. Payment must be made within seven (7) days from the date the invoice is issued. Full payment must be received prior to the event date. Comfori
reserves the right to deny admittance to an event if full payment has not been made. Companies that intend to make payments after the event are required to submit a Letter of Undertaking as payment guarantee. Certificate of attendance to the
event will be awarded only after payment is received.
Cancellations and Substitutions. All cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date. No refunds will be available following a cancellation. However, if full payment had been made, the payment will be credited
towards rescheduled dates or to a future Comfori event. A credit note or a free seat voucher of equivalent value that could be used at future Comfori events will be issued. Comfori reserves the right to charge all hotel booking fees to the client
as the result of a cancellation. Substitutions are always welcome at no extra charges. Substitution of participants must be made at least one (1) working day before the event date.
Note.Comfori reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the advertised programmes at any time. Comfori will not be held liable for any costs or liabilities incurred by clients as a result of the change of date/programme/venue. Should a
