1. Can a computer run without an operating system?

A computer would be difficult to use without an operating system. Because the

operating system manages the software and hardware, it won't operate
effectively. It also serves as a translator between you and the computer since it
only understands binary, which consists of 1s and 0s. The operating system
enables you to communicate with your computer so that it can understand what
you want it to execute. Your computer will start up without an operating system,
but you might not be able to use other programs.

2. Is it possible to run different operating system that is intended for a

specific device, e.g., running an Android OS on an iPhone?
Yes, I believe that it is possible to run an Android OS on an iPhone, but not iOS to
Android, because smartphone operating systems are closely connected to
smartphone hardware. Although I haven't tried it myself, I've seen a lot of people
who have, and it seems to work. I'm not really sure how well it works, but they
did manage to make it work on the iPhone. On the other hand, as iOS is closed
source, not open to the public, and specifically built for a certain set of hardware,
you cannot run iOS on an Android device. There are several variations of Android,
including various OS versions, hardware, and drivers that make it hard to do this.

3. What would happen if a computer does not have an operating system

installed?
If a computer does not have an operating system installed, more likely, you
will not be able to run other programs on your computer. The computer
would have to perform all the tasks the OS performs for it if an OS weren't
installed. We are all aware that the Operating System is in charge of managing
programs and applications. Without an OS, it would have to boot by itself,
manage memory, and other things. To put it another way, it would have to
implement a specific set of OS features by itself.
