Market Analysis

Our market is very large and growing, however, it’s quite concentrated in the first phase when we will concentrate our coverage on Giza
and Cairo only. We aim to help the disabled people. Our customers are highly reachable.

Market Need: The disabled people are frustrated because they can’t do what they actually want. This opportunity gap has been identified,
and we started to take inputs from the disabled people about their needs, and how we can best meet those needs.

Target Market Attractiveness


We will introduce a new service to an existing market. Our market is large enough for the proposed business but yet is small enough to
avoid attracting larger competitors at least until the entrepreneurial venture can get off to a successful start.

Market Segmentation
We segmented the market by gender, age, geographical area, & disability type. We targeted , 15-to-35-year old women, residing in Cairo
or Giza (our initial market coverage). We can estimate their size by multiplying 15-to34 year-old youth percentage which is 34.5% by total
No. of women residing in Cairo and Giza which is 8,723,429, then we will apply the social class percentage “B+ and B around 45%”. So
our potential customers are the 4,000,000 women with the foregoing qualities, we assumed the demand of
22.5% of them (900,000)

SWOT Analysis

Strengths
 There is no direct competition as our service is reasonable differentiated from other srevices.

 Numerous benefits are offered to customers: delivery, cooking, carrying things.


 There's a vested and good relationship between partners and each other.

Weaknesses
 Somewhat limited productive capacity which might put us in very challenging conditions in temporarily and
suddenly increases in demand.

 New Brand which is not establish yet,so it might be difficult to capture the desired market share quickly.

 No previous experience in supply/suppliers issues which may impose some risks.

 The small staff number may not commensurate with the potential growth.

Opportunities
 The Market is large and growing steadily, which is a very awesome opportunity to capitalize on in our market
entry strategy due to gigantic sales and sales growth.
 There’s a potential for backward and forward integration in the near future, which will increase our quality and
responsiveness.

 Low direct competition, so we have a sketchy direct competition. Will reduce the pressure on prices and give us
more control over it.

PESTEL ANALYSIS

 Political
Tax exemption for the period of 5 years for the SMEs to encourage them start their business and operate.
Subsidized loans up to 300,000 with only 5% interest rate which will help us increase our financial leverage.

The Gox. Passed a new investment law in May 2017 offering incentives to attract foreign capital and new bankruptcy protection law
is approved. Which encouraged us to incorporate our business and start up.

The pound since it was floated has made Egypt cheaper and more attractive. Which may help us in attracting FDI.

 Economic
Egyptian economy which had previously shown resilience to the global financial crisis has suffered from the internal political crisis
and revolutionary uprising of 2001. None of the less, the economy has recovered since 2015 and further accelerated in 2016-2017
fiscal year, growth rate reached 4.2% of GDP (above the initial IMF forecast at
3.5%)

 Social
Women are working more than before, which increases the disposal income for them. Also, there’s a high need for personalization
coupled with high mobile and internet usage.

 Legal
Labor force and laws: Egyptian labor market is regulated by the new unified labor law No. 12 for 2003.

As LLC, there is no minimum capital requirements and its formation is relatively easy.

Investment Law in 2017 offering incentives to small business and start up to enhance their competitiveness.
