The social value of giving has been recognized ‘throughout the year and Christmas day is one of the happiest days of the year where children ‘ceived gifts from their parents, godparents and relatives. It is one way of saying that they are important and loved but for some children buying food is more important than receiving ‘toys and presents. (Christmas isthe season of sharing and giving.
