MY PERSONAL GOALS

I visualize myself in the future as the best graphic designer, studying at the best
university in the country.

I hope to work in a transnational marketing company as a cartoonist or graphic

designer, for large campaigns, not only nationally but also internationally.

I would like to have a good work team that we can complement and help in work
activities and deliver large projects to clients.

I would like the office to be based in various parts of the world, which would allow
me to meet new models in graphic design and learn from the best internationally.

I would like the position I occupy in the company to start as a junior graphic
designer and then move up through the ranks until I become the main designer of
the company with various people under my supervision.

I would like the salary that I would earn in the company to be commensurate with
my experience and skills in drawing, and it would increase as I get promoted in the
company, the payment being in dollars.

After acquiring great skills and abilities in the company, I would like to create my
own graphic design business.

MY FUTURE PLANS

My short-term future plan is to graduate from high school with very good grades to
be able to enter the best university.

I am going to enroll in the Instituto de Diseño de las Mercedes, which is one of the
best schools in Caracas to study graphic design.

I am going to enroll in international online institutes to improve my drawing

techniques and learn from other world cultures.

I am going to continue contributing my ideas and collaboration in my family's

business to make it grow more and obtain more clients.

I am going to follow a routine of exercises and a good diet to keep myself physically
fit as well as possible.

I am going to find a good partner with whom in the future we can start a family and
have children.

I am going to create my own business after obtaining great work experiences in the
transnational company that I hope to obtain a good job.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO IMPROVE AS A PERSON FOR BEING SUCCED

To achieve my goals in the future I must become a person more committed to my

activities.

I must learn to develop a list or calendars in which I can coordinate my activities

and work that I must do.

I would like to work more on my concentration before difficult projects and be

more organized.

I would like to learn other languages that allow me to communicate and better
understand the culture and information that I can obtain from other countries,
especially in the art part.

CONCLUSION

This project has allowed me to know in depth who I am today as a person,

son, partner and what I hope to become in the future.

What aspect should I improve not only on the personal side, but also
educationally in order to become a great professional and thus achieve many goals
that I have been able to mention here and some others that may arise over the
years that I have in my future.
