Missing Credits Clearance

Note

The data uploaded through Text File has been compared against the details from
WEB Payroll. It is observed that some of the details are missing in the text file. The
tokens for which details are missing are identified and placed for capturing the
missing details for the year 2014-2015.

Every DDO has an additional module (2014-2015 MC) placed under missing credit
option. It will list out tokens pertains to the given DDO. The missing details has to be
entered in the details page.

For some of the tokens DDO Code is not available. Those tokens are listed out for the
corresponding Sub Treasury to fix the DDO Codes.
