SCENARIO 1: Rahimie as a content creator is using social media to do posting pictures
and videos. He is using Instagram as we know Instagram is one of the biggest platforms,
we can use to promote our product or content.

Rahimi: Hey guys, so today I will introduce to you about social media that I use to do
upload and promote my content, Instagram! So today I will post my new video about my
favourite Korean Drama “Our Beloved Summer”. First of all, all we need is to click the post
button. Choose the video that you want to post. Add some description. Tag some people
and then boom! Just post it.

SCENARIO 2: Sir Zaim as a lecturer uses WhatsApp to ask Nami as a student about why
he is not attending the online class IMC407.

Sir Zaim: Assalammualaikum

Nami: Waalaikumussalam
Sir Zaim: Why you did not attend the online class this morning just now?

Sir Zaim: Hello Nami?

Nami: I am sorry sir. My internet connection is unstable today. Just know my laptop shows
that no Internet connection to join the class. My laptop also has a problem since this is the
old version of a laptop. ‘
Sir Zaim: Where do you live?
Nami: I live in a rural area of Kuala Lumpur sir. This place got an unstable network of
Internet.
Sir Zaim: I hope you can inform me earlier so that I can make a report to the management
of the college to let you stay at college. So that you can use the college’s Wi-Fi.
