4.01.1 All present carried out a site visit. Info
4.02 MATTERS ARISING FROM SITE VISIT
4.02.1 It was recommended that a canopy with a pavement underneath be
constructed to link the Physiotherapy and Radiology services area AMA/CCCC
4.02.2 It was recommended that the following be done in the Theatre Patient
Entry Area :
 The door opening be widened to 2.4m
 A 700mm (stretcher height) block board barrier be erected
with a door above it across the entire length CCCC
4.02.3 It was recommended that all electric conduit end points not in use be CCCC/LED
covered using blanking plates POWER
4.02.4 It was recommended that the areas exhibiting paint defects in the entire
building be repaired CCCC/MILKATE
4.02.5 It was recommended that the nursing office adjacent to the Male
Medical Ward(Grid E-F) be partitioned to a staff changing room, and be
equipped with lockable drawers S.J.N.M
4.02.6 It was recommended that the project beneficiary share the equipment
catalogues with the committee S.J.N.M
4.02.7 It was recommended that the medical gases terminal probes be fitted
with Gas splitters AMA/CCCC
4.02.8 It was recommended that the peeling chlorinated rubber paint in the
Theatres be attended to with immediate effect CCCC
4.02.9 It was recommended that the storm water disposal from the roof
downspouts be effectively directed away from the facility’s proximity CCCC
4.02.1 It was recommended that the airtightness of the Theatre doors leading
