This DEED OF SALE is made and executed by and between:

and CONVEYED unto said VENDEE, his heirs, successors and assigns the above-described
motor vehicle;

That the VENDOR hereby warrants that said motor vehicle is free from any liens and
encumbrances and that it will defend the title and rights of the VENDEE from any claims of
whatever kind and nature from third persons.
