Instruction for use

Suitable for alcohol sensitive surfaces of medical devices e.g. ultrasound probes examination chairs, hospital beds
and operating theatre equipment. Based on new generation of quaternary ammonium compounds.

Moisten surface with undiluted solution completely.

Exposure time: 1 minute.

Spraying and wiping is one of the most convenient applications for fast acting surface disinfectants. To reduce
inhalation of aerosols a new formulation of the disinfectant was developed in combination with special
spray heads which allows aerosol free spraying. The sprayed on foam disintegrates on the surface within a few
seconds developing mechanical action which supports cleaning.

Moisten the surfaces completely with the ready to use solution.

1. Wear gloves
2. Follow Occupational Safety and Health Standards handling with flammable and combustible liquids.
3. Electrical appliances must be switched off before being disinfected. If this is impossible, precautions must be
taken to ensure that no switching occurs while disinfection is taking place. Let hot surface areas cool off before
disinfection.
i. distribute the disinfectant solution on the surface
ii. preferably use a dry wipe saturated with Surface Quick Zero
iii. spray Surface Quick Zero on areas that can not be accessed by wiping. Do not spray into device openings!
4. Wait until the exposure time has elapsed and leave to dry.
5. In cases of visible contamination, the procedure must be carried out in two steps:
a. First the contamination is removed with a dry wipe saturated with Surface Quick.
b. Disinfection is then carried out in the normal manner

Composition
100 g solution contains: 0.50 g quaternary ammonium compounds, benzyl-C12-16-alkyldimethyl, chlorides
0.25 g didecyldimethyl ammonium chloride
