Subject: Demand of GOI share in premium subsidy for PMFBY Kharif 2021 Rajasthan

Dear Sir,

We wish to draw your kind attention that Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited
is implementing PMFBY for Kharif 2021 season in Bundi, Dungarpur and Jodhpur districts in
the state of Rajasthan. We hereby submit our demand for GOI share in premium subsidy
along with mandatory documents and details in the prescribed format given below.

Undertaking

1. The coverage has been provided to farmers who have enrolled for the notified crop(s)
as per NCIP.
2. The farmer has not availed benefit of insurance for their respective crop(s) from any
other insurer and / or any other insurance scheme.
3. No excess subsidy/unspent balance is available from the previous season/scheme.
4. In case of RWBCIS, GoI subsidy is not being asked for add-on cover and in case of
PMFBY, GoI subsidy is not being asked for wild animal cover.
5. First demand raised is as per the percentage defined in the Operational Guidelines and
on the basis of the approved applications for the corresponding previous season.
Subsequent demand raised are based on GoI share in premium subsidy as per
approved applications as on the date of demand and adjusted for previous instalments
received from GoI.
6. Utilization Certificate for previous receipts is duly submitted to CNA.
