INSTRUCTIONS

1. The candidates are offered admission provisionally subject to fulfillment of all eligibility requirements including minimum percentage in Intermediate as approved by KFUEIT
Statutory Body. The admission shall be cancelled if the candidate fails to complete the minimum requirement till the end of Fall 2021 semester.
2. Any applicant who is found (at any time) to have obtained admission by making any misleading / false statement in the admission form or by willful concealment of any material
fact (particularly about marks, division, previous admission to the Department / Institute / College or employment, expulsion, conviction act.) shall be removed from the rolls of the
University at any time.
3. Applicants are advised to download Challan Form / Fee Voucher by logging in (sign in) their KFUEIT Admission Account (eportal.kfueit.edu.pk). The last date to deposit of fee /
other charges is 2021-08-25. Those who do not deposit their fee/dues within the prescribed period shall lose their right to admission. Fee can be deposited deposited in HBL App /
Branch and First Women Bank App / Branch. For further information, please contact the Admission Office of KFUEIT, Rahim Yar Khan (08:00 am to 04:00 pm).
4. In case an applicant appears in subsequent merit list, he/she can send email along with Paid challan copy to Admission email address (admissions@kfueit.edu.pk) for the transfer
of semester fee to other discipline without any additional charges, from August 22, 2021 to August 25, 2021.
5. Applicant shall get Application Form, Medical Fitness and Undertaking proformas by logging in their KFUEIT Admission Account. Applicants are also required to submit 4 sets
(photocopy) of their Educational Documents, Application Form, Medical Fitness Certificate issued by Medical Center KFUEIT (RYK), Undertaking, CNIC, Guardian / Father CNIC,
Domicile, Passport size Pictures along with Offer Letter and Paid Fee Voucher, before the start of classes when informed.
6. The university reserves the right to rectify any typographical / clerical error, omission etc.
