obligation to the community or
society

Customers are the business's first
responsibility.
Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-Is a
federal government agency that protects
consumers from dangerous or falsely
advertised products.

The market economy relies chiefly on market


forces to allocate goods,services and other
resources to determine prices.
-One of the most common means is to
conspire with other companies to
control the supply of a product and the
prices they charge.When the companies
restrict competition,consumers are
affected .Consumers are going to be
fewer.

1. Cards
A card in the mail gets you brand
into the hands and home of your
customer,reminding them of your
company as it sits on their kitchen
counted for a few days.
2. Unique packaging
Good quality,good-looking
packaging is always worth the
investment.

3. Coupons
Extending thank you coupon to a
new customer can start the salss life
cycle all over again.
4. Simple Phone Call
This is more helpful after sales service:you
may learn key point good or bad,about your
product.

Tutorials are helpful form of customer after
care,because they help customers as they
put your brand back on their rader screen.
6. Surveys
They may want to offer their feedback in regular
surveys.Some businesses add a coupon when the
survey is complete,so customers can make their voice
heard and get value in return.

A timely "Happy Birthday!" Email or gift can be very
powerful.It also helps you reach customers months
after sales,when their memory of your brand may be
fading .

Holidays are great excusses for
rekindling customer loyalty .Tell
customers which days you'll be open(or
closed),and describe any promotions or
sales you're running.
