This project entitled “INDUSTRIAL PROJECT ON BAKERY AND

CONFECTIONARY INDUSTRY” is done in accordance with the
syllabus prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education
for Class XI.

I would like to thank our honourable Correspondent Dr. R.Kishore

Kumar, our Director Mrs. Deepthi Anderson, our Principal Mrs.
Shanthi Samuel, and Vice Principal Mrs.Angelin Christopher Roy,
who gave me the golden opportunity to do this investigatory project,
which assisted me in doing the research and gain knowledge.

I further thank my Business Stusies teacher Mr. Romans.A.M for

her guidance and support throughout the duration of the project.
We were able to complete the project successfully because of her
motivation and her extended support for us.

I would also like to thank my parents and friends who helped me

in finalizing this project within the limited time frame.
