Running head: REFLECTION 1

Reflection
The week starts with a complete overview of information risk. It made me understand that

in our data-driven world, risks connected to the integrity, confidentiality, as well as availability

of information are universal and multifaceted. The course emphasized how these risks can have

important consequences for companies, from financial losses to damage to reputation. The first

week of the course was very informative for me because before this course I had minimum

knowledge about management and its effects but I have learned a lot of new concepts from this

course. The first and most interesting thing I have learned about the analysis of the scenario. This

week, there are two assignments where I used the scenario and increased my information and

skills of analysis. Through this assignment, I improved my analysis skills. Further, the

assessment “Department meeting” is also helpful for me to determine the risks and how they

affect them. As I enter the first week of the course, I am beginning to gain a clearer picture of

the direction as well as the scope of what we will be covering in nine weeks.

"Kickstarter" is the assessment that surprised me because I had no idea about this before.

It was an opportunity for me to the opportunity to make decisions based on the different

scenarios. This increases my information about the different scenarios that may occur in the

future. Through these decisions, I learned what is and what is wrong which will be effective for

me when I start my own business. These are all the concepts I will use in the future and make a

good decision on the basis of the situations. Because I have learned that they make the decision

according to the situation because there are many situations that occur in the company. Now, I

understand why risk management is necessary for the company and the ways that need to be

considered to address them.
