1. Explain and elaborate the concept of organization through scientific

and technical point of view.
There are two classical organization theories in the text. First is
scientific point of view which means that organizations here are most
likely being contrast into a certain thing or product, that they must
perform or operate often and also, they will provide reliable services.
Second is technical point of view where organizations are said to be
more likely an organism behavior that they will arrogate what’s
happening in our Environment. They will provide input to produce
output or output-input.

2. Based on your personal experiences, what does the quote below

mean?
" Committees of twenty deliberate plenty,
Committees of ten act now and then,
But most jobs are done by committees of
one."
For my own idea, the quote above talks about the capabilities of a
Committee right now that they must be more skilled and more
productive compared to an ordinary worker. They must know the basic
guidelines for every work of their employees so that they can supervise a
specific output.
3. Enumerate and explain at least five different concepts of power.
Strengthen your discussion by citing examples that are based on your
personal experiences.
First, Information power. We need all data and knowledge of a
specific output in order to start working, 2 years ago senior high student
like me are required to produce a product that can help our Environment
or “Project Capstone’’. In making my output, I usually research first all
possible outcomes before facing it physically. Second, Coercive power
which talks about failure. For my experience, after gathering all the data
I will secure first all possible outcomes. That what happened to me if I
can’t do all my plans or I mislead my procedure. Third will be Referent
power, talks about appreciation of others’ opinion or idea. In my
situation I usually listen to what my instructor ideas after presenting a
product because his information might improve my existing output. Next
will be Expert power which literally means superiority or mastery of an
output. If my project had a great outcome then it is a will that I need to
review all my doings and procedure in order to produce another one and
try to enter business world. And lastly, Reward power. After all my
hard work, I gained a good grade from my instructor since I’ve done my
project ideally.

4. Of the qualities of an effective leader, choose five which you think

will make the greatest impact in leadership. Explain why.
 Leader that can control his or her emotion is the most important
trait of all since we all commit mistake and if a leader reached his
temper and gets mad on that mistake, he or she must use any kind
words in order to avoid conflicts. Suggesting constructive steps is also
very important to a Leader considering that they know all the basic
foundation of their output. Asking “how can I improve my tactics?”
will help enhance not only to himself but also helps his colleagues’
socialization skill. Lastly, to protect the weak and absent must be
considered because we can’t predict our health, like what’s happening
right now, we ‘all facing this pandemic and all of us are being threaten
that’s why he must consider his colleagues’ health and decision.
