Omurice

Japanese styled
omelette
Ingredient Procedure
4 EGGS Finely chop the chicken breast and
1 PACK MUSHROOM veggies.
1 ONION
1 BELL PEPPER to make the fried rice put 2 tbsp of
3 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL butter in the pan with the onion and
add the chicken breast. Let it cook and

place the veggies and rice. Set aside
1 PACK OYSTER SAUCE
for later
2 TBSP BUTTER
2 TBSP FLOUR For the sauce of fried rice heat 1 tbsp
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce oil, and put ketchup. Let the acidity
4 TBSP KETCHUP lower in the ketchup and add oyster
2 TBSP OYSTER SAUCE sauce and Worcestershire. Mix the
1 TBSP HONEY fried rice we made from bullet number
1 CUP OF RICE 2. Shape into football and set aside

Set aside and scramble 4 eggs. Heat


the pan and add 2 TBSP of oil. roll the
egg and place it on top of the fried
rice.
To make the glaze sauce add 1 butter
to the pan once the butter has melt
put 2 tbsp of flour and stir constantly
Add in 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce,
2 tbsp of ketchup, 2 tbsp of oyster
sauce, and 1 tbsp of honey
split the egg open with a knife and put
the sauce glaze and serve!

Cook until done


Serve on a plate.
