Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole
8 SERVINGS 55 MINUTES

This kid friendly meal is a delicious twist on a favorite weeknight dinner.


Made with sloppy joe beef topped with crispy tater tots and melted cheddar
cheese, it's a quick and easy family recipe everyone enjoys.

1 lb Lean ground beef 1. Preheat oven to 400F.

1 sweet onion, chopped 2. Add ground beef, onion, green pepper, and
garlic salt to a large skillet over medium heat.
1 green pepper, chopped Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until beef is cooked.

1 tsp garlic salt 3. Stir in cream cheese and sloppy joe sauce.
Continue to cook, stirring often, until cream cheese

baking pan. Top with tater tots.

Salsa Macaroni & Cheese

Classic mac and cheese with a Tex Mex twist! Spice levels can be
controlled by using medium or hot salsa, which is a great compliment
to the cheesy, creamy sauce.

2 tbsp salted butter 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13 casserole

2. Cook macaroni according to package

3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir


½ cup salsa in flour and cook for one minute. Gradually add in
milk. Stir in salsa and salt. Bring to a boil over

Cheesy Hamburger Supper

This casserole might remind you of a lasagna. It has the same cheesy
tomato flavours, but the addition of cream cheese makes it even
better!
1 lb lean ground beef 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9×13 casserole
dish with cooking spray.

are softened. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt,

Meatball Sub Casserole

Made with convenient ready-made ingredients, this casserole tastes


just like a meatball sub from your favourite sub shop!

This is a delicious pantry staple casserole. Made with common


ingredients like chicken, green peppers, mushrooms, onions and
canned tomatoes, you can throw the ingredients in just one pot – quick
to make and quick to clean up!
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1. Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat. Add in
chicken breasts and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes.

ideas.

These 2 ingredient pesto potatoes are a simple and delicious one pan
side dish. They're healthy, delicious and easy!

2. Slice the baby potatoes in half and add to a
bowl. Pour over ¼ cup of pesto and stir together.

3. Add to a baking sheet or casserole dish and


roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until they're
fork tender and browning.
Greek Turkey Meatballs
20 MEATBALLS 30 MINUTES

These greek turkey meatballs are such an easy dinner recipe that goes
well with anything. Topped with an optional tzatziki drizzle, these
meatballs are sure to be a new favorite included in your family's meal
plan rotation.
